Return Process

Mention your order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason for return.

Our team will guide you with the return shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Option

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
