7-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Intimate wear or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized products

Return Process

  1. Email us at zuxicgamer@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Mention your order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you with the return shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Option

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
